社会工作专业大学生就业选择调查研究

【摘要】目前，我国社会工作专业本科毕业生对口就业率低下的现状已经成为一个重要问题。本文通过实证得出各种就业选择因素与大学生是否愿意从事社工行业之间的关系，研究国内社会工作专业大学生低对口就业率的原因。

对此，本文采取了文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，从大学生的工作意向、自身评价、影响因素、就业地点、就业途径、就业目的等因素作为切入点，以广东药科大学为例，研究社会工作专业大学生的就业选择。

通过对回收的问卷运用统计分析方法进行实证研究，得出以下研究结论：（一）社会工作专业大学生毕业后的期待月薪过高和不愿从事社工行业有明显关系。（二）越是对社工行业就业形势感到乐观的大学生，越愿意从事社工行业。（三）目前社会工作专业大学生在就业过程中最担心的问题是自己的实务经验不足，其次是专业不对口。（四）目前社会工作专业大学生最希望在北上广深等一线城市工作。

【Abstract】Atpresent,thecurrentlowemploymentrateofundergraduategraduatesinsocialworkinChinahasbecomeanimportantissue.Throughempiricalanalysis,thispaperdrawstherelationshipbetweenvariousemploymentchoicefactorsandwhethercollegestudentsarewillingtoengageinthesocialworkindustry,andstudiesthereasonsforthelowcounterpartemploymentrateofdomesticsocialworkcollegestudents.

Inthisregard,thisarticleadoptsresearchmethodssuchasliteratureanalysis,questionnairesurvey,interview,etc.,startingfromcollegestudentsworkintention,self-evaluation,influencingfactors,employmentlocation,employmentchannel,employmentpurposeandotherfactors.Takeuniversitiesasanexampletostudytheemploymentoptionsofcollegestudentsmajoringinsocialwork.

Throughempiricalresearchonthestatisticalanalysismethodofthecollectedquestionnaires,thefollowingresearchconclusionsaredrawn:(1)Thereisaclearrelationshipbetweentheexpectedmonthlysalaryofsocialworkmajorsaftergraduationandtheunwillingnesstoengageinthesocialworkindustry.(2)Themoreoptimisticcollegestudentswhoareoptimisticabouttheemploymentsituationinthesocialworkindustry,themorewillingtheyaretoengageinthesocialworkindustry.(3)Atpresent,themostworryingproblemforcollegestudentsmajoringinsocialworkinthecourseofemploymentistheirlackofpracticalexperience,followedbyprofessionalmismatch.(4)Atpres
