STRATEGICCOOPERATIONAGREEMENT
ThisStrategicCooperationAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)isenteredintobyandbetweenPartyAandPartyB,inaccordancewiththelawsofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,withaviewtopromotingmutualcooperationandcommondevelopment.

III.COOPERATIONOBJECTIVES

2.Toestablishalong-termandstablecooperativerelationshipbetweenthepartieshereto,basedonmutualtrustandmutualsupport,forthepurposeofjointlydevelopingthemarketandexpandingbusiness.

IV.COOPERATIONMECHANISM
1.ThepartiesheretoshallestablishacooperativemechanismtopromotethesmoothimplementationofthisAgreement,includingregularcommunication,jointresearchanddevelopment,sharedresources,andrisksharing.
2.Thepartiesheretoshallappointdedicatedpersonneltoberesponsibleforthecooperationmatters,ensureeffectivecommunicationandcoordinationbetweentheparties,andensurethesmoothprogressofthecooperation.
3.Thepartiesheretoshallrespecteachothersintellectualpropertyrightsandcommercialsecrets,andshallnotdiscloseorusethemwithoutauthorization.
