皮肤系统或体被是由皮肤和附属结构组成:毛发、指(趾)甲、皮脂腺、汗腺和专门接受刺激的神经受体。

SKINSTRUCTURE皮肤结构

2Theskin(Fig.6.1),bothprovidingprotectionandreceivingsensorystimulifromtheexternalenvironment,consistsofthreelayersoftissue:theepidermis,thedermis,andthehypoderm,alsoknownassubcutis.

皮肤(图6.1)由3层组织构成:表皮、真皮和下皮。下皮亦称皮下组织。皮肤既可以为人体提供保护，还可以接受外界的刺激。

真皮主要由胶原蛋白、网状纤维和弹性纤维组成。虽然没有清晰的界限，但真皮可以分为乳头层和网状层。乳头层的一些乳突起含有毛细血管，为皮肤提供营养。

表皮可见4种细胞:鳞状细胞、基底细胞、朗格汉斯细胞和黑素细胞。黑素细胞生产黑色素，从而使皮肤呈黑色。
